Resources
The following resources can assist you in meeting your lifestyle goals.

Exercise Programs
Women Bound to Be Active would like to provide you with exercise programs to help you stay on track towards your positive lifestyle changes.

Everyone has an activity they love. It is important to find activities and exercises you enjoy so that you will keep participating in them. However, every once in a while it is a good idea to change the mode of activity.

Cross-training or doing a couple different activities in a week will help keep you injury free (walk one day and bike another). Over-use injuries can occur if the body does the same routine, month after month.

Boredom is another reason to change the activity mode. Give yourself something new to look forward too or a new goal to meet. Changing up your workout will also boost your calorie burning ability.

The human body adapts to the loads that are placed on it. You don’t burn the same amount of calories during an activity 4 weeks later than you did that first week. Keep your body guessing and you will be an injury-free, calorie burning machine!

Please check back periodically for new workouts.

Exercise Program 2 (Office Workout)
Exercise Program 3 (6 Minunte Upper Body Workout)
Exercise Program 4 (Ed Zorinsky Lake Walking Trail)
